Welcome to our Platinum Claim Management Service.
The Platinum Claim Management Service provides the following:
- Notification of claim with Insurer and requesting claim documentation.
- Claim documentation is forwarded to our office and we arrange to meet you at a convenient time. This may be in hospital.
- We assist with the completion of the documentation and preparation for your signature. (This may be at hospital or your home.)
- Collection of tax information (tax returns etc) from tax agent or accountant. ➢ Preparation of Claim Report and lodgement of claim with Insurer.
- Request reports from Medical Professionals to substantiate claim.
- Liaising with Claims Assessor to ensure claim is processed efficiently.
- Presenting cheque to you (or estate) or arranging direct crediting to appropriate bank account.
This service is only applicable should you need to claim on your lump sum insurance policy.
